When an ordinary underachieving guy named Chuck Bartowski gets an email from his old college friend Bryce Larkin he opens it to see a series of pictures called the intersect which has all of the governments most vital secrets. Now that Chuck is the most important government assets in the world the CIA and NSA get their top agents, Sarah walker(CIA) and John Casey(NSA). Full of action packed fighting (not so much of Chuck fighting) and a whole lot of Chuck finding a way to save the day, using the intersect of course but somtimes the help of friends. And that's Chuck for you.
Chuck is brain dead, which would not be so bad if it were entertaining. The problem is that it's not… entertaining that is.<br/><br/>It's just insulting and unfunny.<br/><br/>Zachary Levi has the charisma of a lump of wood and Yvonne Strahovski is just another dead-eyed model-types, the likes of which are found in abundance on NBC.<br/><br/>Why then renew this show, that incidentally has really bad ratings, for yet another yawn-inducing year? Is it because Josh Schwartz is looked at by NBCsome sort of ratings magician in spite of Gossip Girl's complete bomb status?<br/><br/>NBC needs to put great shows on. Keeping Chuck on is just wasting money and a perfectly good time slot.
It's my favorite series. It has everything (action, comedy, drama, romance) and can be watched by everyone. I've seen people of all ages watching this show. I watched an episode on TV once but I didn't remember the series name. When I found out that this was the show that I watched back then I finished all the episodes that aired in a few days. I find myself in it, a little bit, with Chuck, the nerdy guy. I love how the characters develop and it is shown a little bit of everyone. I'm sorry that it ended, but like every series, it has to end. I'm still waiting for a movie and I think that the day will come. It's awesome, I recommend it.
